"Errors must be maintained to ensure the integrity of the process" is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. The reason there are math errors is because people didn't follow the rules that the IDP set in the 1st place. So the IDP can't even enforce their own rules?

So if a caucus chair submitted a sheet saying Deval Patrick had received 5,000 SDEs in their precinct, that would count?

As long as the volunteers (who don't really know the IDP's rules) signed it, yes.
