Was the vote a majority yes or no? Those whi didn't vote, well....you are just assuming they all want to remain?

Don't have to assume anything. Simply cannot claim majority want Brexit. The non voters may not care either way. Irrelevant

There was a referendum.....52% voted to leave, it is a small majority but it is a majority....
