Well he’s also said plenty of times, referring to income, that too much inequality leads to violence so I think it’s actually consistent. I think he’s more pragmatic though than ideological.

But, maybe she didn’t expand on the point because if she played out both of his stances they would have both sounded reasonable to most readers and her point that they’re technically ideologically inconsistent wouldn’t pack much of a punch
