It really comes down to a "dying with dignity" argument and as Kenan Malik said earlier about the Charlie Gard case it is somewhat bizarre that the UK simultaneously bans assisted suicide
The fact that the child will most likely die soon regardless makes the court's decision more unjustifiable, not less.
