as mattb points out, the admin cost reduction. last i checked a decent outsourced billing service costs roughly 5-7%.

depends on how it looks, are there would still be a cost around it that =/= single payer. when talking about astronomical numbers, even a 1-2% savings is signficant. a small oncology place easily takes in 1-2 million or more a year.
