I don't really get the admin costs arguments. What percentage of high healthcare prices are due to administrative costs as opposed to just providers charging exorbitantly high prices for services because of lack of price transparency? Seems like the latter is more important

i mean im not arguing that its one or the other, both are true. just quick a look at japan (im not seasoned on the ins and outs of every universal system) it seems like the gov covers 70% or more of costs. up to 30% leftover isn't an administrative burden for insurers/providers.
