That's not a stupid policy. It's the only policy possible given Flores. Which is why I think he's challenging Flores. Now, I guess you can say they could have kept kids together and waited for a Flores challenge.

Yes, that's exactly right. 95% of the public has no idea what Flores or the TVPRAor the 2015 9th circuit decision are or what they mandate all they know is "concentration camps for kids"
