I mean, we all know libertarians are either clueless or wrong about all major issues of the day but Gillespie's position here seems to be explicitly in favor of the use of intimidation (behind the special protections that the first amendment gives journalists) to deter speech

The article also absurdly characterizes Mek (and presumably Ricky Vaughn) as "public figures" in order to build the case that journalists are justified in revealing their identities. It's hilarious.
