It seems to key challenge is working out how to create an authentically "traditionalist" policy in essence which embraces the technological and other marvels of modernity. Such a thing would not be be a reification of past social forms, as that would not be truly traditionalist.

Exactly. Burkean traditionalism seems to leave itself no resources for its renaissance for that very reason
