Meanwhile, that's a wrap on The Prince's Big Adventurer. Big thanks to everyone who made it out, especially those of you who brought your kids out, and trusted us to tell them a story.

Today at 4:30 is your LAST CHANCE to see The Prince's Big Adventurer!! It's a big show for me, because it will be the first time my 19 month old son sees me act, outside of him occasionally peering over my shoulder as I edit a self tape. Come watch Wesley watch me!! #FringeTO

Thanks for coming, Steve! We've got another show today at 3:30, can't wait to see you all there! Steve is right, St. Vlad's is no longer a refrigerator, so leave the jackets at home!

#FringeTO 17. THE PRINCE'S BIG ADVENTURE. A very sweet fairy tale adventure for kids 5+up, w/ a queer twist, a very charming & capable cast, & some poppy musical numbers, too. Also, not to worry, St. Vlad's is no longer (to my wistful regret) an icebox of a venue.

Steven Elliott Jackson () is a busy man at #FringeTO. On top of writing and directing The Prince's Big Adventurer (which I'm in!), he's also written another hit show at the you should check out. I've got my ticket for Thursday!!

Back on the grind: Finish a self tape audition. Pack everything up and convert my self tape space back into the kid's play room, then realize I forgot to slate. Set up my lighting and camera. Record slate. Start to pack up. Remember I have an entire other audition still to tape.

I'm sorry to report that this Grade A Oscars tweet was completely ignored because it was sent out within seconds of #SlapGate.

I'm sorry to report that my performance as the voice of the Dump Truck in one of my kid's favourite books was completely ignored by the Academy. Needless to say, when I honk, I really do sound scared.
A page from the children's book "Little Blue Truck."

It reads:
"His heavy-duty dump truck tires
Were sunk down deep in muck and mire.
HONK! cried the Dump, and he sounded scared"
But nobody heard (or nobody cared).

#Monstrology came early this week! But #ICYMI, here's the Holiday special, with one of my all-time favourite monsters... KRAMPUS! Featuring special guest @Actor_Jim. I also may have made a bunch of synthy spooky Christmas covers to celebrate. Ep 5: monstrology.podbean.com/e/krampus-a-ho

Definitely . If the washing machine is anything like the back of a vehicle, I know he would not stop emptying and re-loading the machine until the balance is just perfect.

If you were on a 10-day tour of Maritimes' theatres, who would you trust to do your laundry? Let's say in Summerside.

Are we talking bags here? I mean, I'd rather paper, because at least it will biodegrade eventually, but not a lot of grocery stores seem to give that option. Or are we talking payment? I haven't carried cash since the pandemic began. But I guess cash is plastic too now....

Paper or plastic? #askmeanything
So I'm in for jury duty today. Or, rather, jury selection for the moment. They've got me for the next week to decide if I'm fit to be on a jury. But so far, it's a lot of "sit in this room and wait." So how about a little #askmeanything ? #AMA

Overheard my 11yo talking about disguising a link, so I asked what he was doing because it sounded shady and he told me it was this new trick where you get your friends to listen to this old song “never gonna give you up” and I said “oh! rickrolling” & he said “what’s that?”

This is in my neighborhood! There are two wonderful proposals here for murals, each by a collective of Indigenous artists, that will go up at the Coxwell Underpass. Have your say on the proposals in the link below!
