We've got a theatre kid on our hands! My toddler, who has never sat still in his life, sat happily on his mother's lap watching the whole show. Can't wait to take him to next year's #FringeTO!!

Back on the grind: Finish a self tape audition. Pack everything up and convert my self tape space back into the kid's play room, then realize I forgot to slate. Set up my lighting and camera. Record slate. Start to pack up. Remember I have an entire other audition still to tape.

Just finished a self tape, then packed up the camera, lighting equipment, reset the whole space back into my toddler's play room, and got the toddler up from his nap only to realize I forgot to record my slate. #actorparentlife

My boy is autistic and his drama group have adapted Twelfth Night to write a part for him where he runs on stage and interrupts the dialogue to reel off lists of facts about the play. Knowing loads of facts is his superpower. He loves his part.

Are we talking bags here? I mean, I'd rather paper, because at least it will biodegrade eventually, but not a lot of grocery stores seem to give that option.

In further "Jim acts online" news, this reading of 's new play It Could Be Worse is a fun roller coaster ride. If you can guess where the play is going to end up at the beginning, then you're much better at predictions than I am.
