Brilliant. My favorite hotel hack: Your ironing board is an adjustable height desk. Since the chairs are never the right height, use the ironing board for long hotel work.

Speaking of ironing boards, always check the bottom of your iron for melted plastic from other people's clothes. It will ruin your clothes. Have it replaced immediately by housekeeping for a brand new fresh one.

I use them as standing desks by propping them up onto one of the couches. Can use hotel menus to solidify the legs.

Wow, I thought only women suffered from the whole “furniture is not the rght height” thing but I guess I was wrong! Now if only car manufacturers made seat belts that adjust low enough not to CHOKE short women (this especially sucks if you’re in a wreck, and a singer.)

Ha! I drove my mil’s car last week and as she was pulling away after, I shout out to say sorry for not repositioning the seat belt adjuster..turns out she didn’t know it was there and had been choked by the belt for 10 yrs. I was favourite daughter in law that day
