Jared Kushner said Russia’s interference in the 2016 election amounted to "a couple of Facebook ads." On Facebook specifically, the tech company estimates Kremlin-controlled accounts reached as many as 126 million people around the election.

Following up on Trump's "coup" comments on Mueller investigation, I asked Trump if he meant an actual coup attempt had occurred. He didn't repeat the coup comment in his response to my question. Instead, he said "the fair press, the good press... they know the answer to it."

Asked Trump whether he believes McGahn should be charged with perjury as he is saying he didn't order WH counsel to get rid of Mueller. His response: "Well I don't want to talk about that now... But I'll respond to that question at a later date."

You know what I heard that weekend? Not one single comment about Robert E. Lee. But I did hear racial slurs and the chants, "Jews will not replace us!" and "Into the ovens!" Very fine people, indeed.

Trump defends his “very fine people” comments on Charlottesville: “People were there protesting the taking down of the monument of Robert E. Lee. Everybody knows that.” Fact check: There were many neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

Joseph Yun can't discuss specifics of negotiations or confirm report, but he tells CNN that broadly, "My orders were completely do whatever you can to get Otto Warmbier back." Was it your understanding that those orders were coming from POTUS? "Yes."

This is why Trump could never testify in-person to Mueller. He is denying that he ordered McGahn to fire Mueller, even though he did it. Trump can lie on Twitter without consequences, but it would’ve been a crime to lie to investigators.
