For three years in a row, Wethersfield, Stratford, and East Hartford police have disproportionately pulled over people of color.
Of the 12 police departments flagged in this year's report, 5 (East Hartford, Meriden, Stratford, Trumbull, and Wethersfield) showed warning signs of racial profiling in other years, too.
