It's not difficult to run an excel spread sheet, sort by EOS TS and Parole dates, and make a formula that bumps the dates up by 3 months. Then initiate the change. I'd even volunteer to do it for free!
The DOC hasn't been complying w/even mandated requirements. We've had consistent reports of staff not wearing masks. The monitoring panel noted problems with DOC not physically distancing people. I have a list of CO/staff names, time and dates that I’ve personally observed those not wearing masks. My husband has COVID because they transferred people into his block without waiting for test results back from these transfers. I haven’t heard from my husband in four days

This is two fold. The COs must be fired immediately. That’s simple. Then DOC needs to look at those eligible for community release (by pre-Covid measures) and work to get them into community supervision. I am sure ankle bracelets can be arranged quickly to ensure complaince
