In 2018, Michael Friend was holding a "cops ahead" sign in Stamford. A Stamford police officer confiscated Mr. Friend's phone & sign and arrested & jailed him for exercising his right to protest. We sued in 2018. Last month, the district court ruled in favor of the defendants.
