Under the settlement agreement in McPherson v Lamont, the CT DOC is required to report to our lawyers specific information regarding COVID-19 testing and discretionary releases. Our hope is that transparency about what the DOC self-reports will enable people with direct knowledge to come forward with more information & context regarding whether the DOC is complying with its court-mandated requirements for preventing the spread of COVID-19 inside.
