My nephew is currently at Cheshire Correctional until 2022. I know @NedLamont has a lot on his plate, but he should be releasing the non-violent folks there with 6 months or less on their sentence. Maybe release some more under house arrest. Give them their best chance.

2/2 I talked to him tonight, he told me there were plenty of non-violent offenders still there. So far no one is sick there yet, but he says they all still eat together. No distancing. They are viral chum.
