If mayor and police story is true this perp had every right to die, cops had no choice, just like so many of these cases it was kill or be killed

Ex-Con Zaporta was a felon in possession of a gun (Crime 1). He flees PD (Crime 2). Zaporta exists & tries to grab for PD gun (Crime 3). He fights with PD. (Crime 4). During fight, he does get PD’s gun (Crime 5.) With the PD gun & fighting, Zaporta is shot 3 times. (No crime.)
