Easy to point fingers at UConn here, but block granting medical care (in *any* setting) leads to rationing, cutting corners & suboptimal care given trade-offs required. Hopefully w CT DOC taking over clinical services this changes, if not, this problem will only continue.
People who are incarcerated deserve quality medical care.
