It's amazing how many people can't read. The ACLU did not say they couldn't be punished for walking out. They said they can only be punished the same as anyone who skips school for any other reason.

Which in my high school was a Saturday detention... granted I went to private high school so maybe it's more severe in public schools but I don't think it's on par with 10 day suspensions
