She actually has, but most who've read Thomas Sowell misquote him quite often. He was not by any means ignorant of culture and its effects on economics nor was he universally happy with the right or our delivery of solutions.

A rational person, never telsl someone with a different background how to feel. I might share my thoughts for what they are worth but its not for me to judge the value of those thoughts. That said, I admire someone who sticks up for the good things in their community's history.
