We don't have to imagine because it happens all the time in cities all across the country. That is not to say people of color are not convicted for legitimate crimes but self-defense like in this case is criminalized by progressive policies.

Kyle Rittenhouse, in his first interview, with @TuckerCarlson, says of prosecutors: "If they did this to me, imagine what they could've done to a person of color who doesn't maybe have the resources I do, or [if] it's not widely publicized like my case."

These same people constantly say "Black people would be convicted" and they're right. It's largely an economic issue as Kyle mentioned and a media issue. Had this trial not been publicized so emphatically Kyle would be in prison.

These communities in which the 2nd Amendment is treated with disdain and not applied equally to poor people and minorities are almost universally controlled by leftists. There's no conservative presence in the government or republican party support for those who run.

Once again I equate this trial to Ahmaud Arbery which is also a self-defense issue regardless of whether he had priors or media narrative. The right leaning media has convicted him in the court of public opinion in a reactionary attempt to beat the Left's overt politicization.

You cannot vote for those who are not there. Many times I've equated this to choosing an abusive mother (democrats) who is present over an absent father (republicans) who chooses harsh words of "suck it up buttercup" and "it's all your fault/responsibility".

Being reactionary is typically where we forget our principles as conservatives. The media narrative and counter-narrative are what poisons reason and any attempt at common ground. We must be honest and see through the narrative to the core of the problem and provide solutions.
