    Always strong, don’t show feelings or emotions except anger. Asking for help is a sign of weakness. Ask a 15 y/o boy that’s looking sad “what’s up are you ok?” His immediate response is “I’m good”. He’s not. Men don’t ask for, offer or accept help. It’s killing us
