    Its easy : if you are not going to get vaccinated you will get Covid and you l give it to others. If vaccinated and you get Covid you will not die and your symptoms are less severe. I saw that in real life from people around. I am not a scientist or a Dr ..take the vaccine please

    I spoke w/a few founders recently who got screwed by investors. A few rules of thumb for pre-seed/seed: - ~20% dilution is normal. 30% is ok. 50+% is crazy. - $ only counts when it's in the bank. Deals do fall through last minute. - If a VC can't wire for 30+ days, keep looking.
