Law twitter has a huge lawyer-as-savior complex. I cringe whenever I see defense attorneys (all kinds) tweet about themselves behaving heroically then more pile on with praise. We are working in a fundamentally unjust system to minimize harm to our clients. We aren’t heroes. 1/2
