sorry no. I think that it is a mistake. Instead, should require that all employees, including executives, get non-publicly traded stock. That way, all that matters is how good the company is doing, not how the stock is doing (which is easy to manipulate).

I saw your speech, may have been a Ted Talk, about Trump giving such big tax breaks to the billionaires that they were all buying yachts. I applaud your honesty and integrity. That 1% get to have fabulous lives while so many homeless and hungry is beyond wrong, morally bankrupt.
