That's strange behavior! Could you restart the phone & make sure the app is updated to the latest version? Also, we see that the video you've shared with us includes your email addresses. Since this is considered personal info, we recommend deleting your tweet. Keep us posted.

Cleared all data, uninstalled all updates and updated the app again, removed all emails and entered them again, restarted phone multiple times still same behaviour... I can play a video but cant get any recommendations please can you look into this? Thanks
