Spending a month in Nice and well … croissants here are to die for. Every evening we decide to cut tomorrow and go back on Keto and every morning I go to the nearest boulangerie and stock up on those crunchy delicious bastards. Have we been doing it right all this time???

Wish I were there! There's another post on the same blog about the French diet around 1970. It's said they have been trending in the 'modern' direction since, though. (N.B. I'm not doing this croissant diet myself; I have issues with fodmaps, etc.)
