The guy is dead - they just have to find his body if it's still intact - then they will need to blame a country they are looking to go to war with - instead of blaming Saudi Arabia.

He should jus go with the classic, “I dont see why it would be SA.” Then he could say he meant “wouldn’t” all while we do nothing about it.
So from now on, all criminals have to do is strongly deny their crimes and they can be on their merry way. Cool.
