    Manafort’s plea agreement says if he continues to be helpful the special counsel will file a 5K letter, which would downgrade his eventual sentencing significantly. He has agreed to cooperate with the government on “any and all matters as to which the Government deems relevant.”

    This morning = perfect example of the dichotomy that has become Trump's Washington: Trump tweeting something controversial, saying there is no way 3K people died in Puerto Rico. Meanwhile, GOP leadership rallying Rs to keep on message -- economy -- & ignore the drama.
