    As Canada more than doubled its oil available for export, pipeline capacity absorbed it all -- until very recently, September. If export volumes had not grown as much as it did, pipeline capacity may not have become as much of an issue as it is today

    Good piece. Beyond C-tax & pipelines, I also expect climate lawsuits to occupy a bigger part of the debate (youth climate lawsuit in QC, likelihood of municipal lawsuits against oil companies, broader policy implications of feds using POGG in SK lawsuit over C-tax).
