Also implemented a simple compressor to help with overdriven sound, which is unfortunately a rather common occurrence these days. A lot of drivers were clipping sound in the name of moar volume, and this helps return some fidelity to the result.
The other big change is support for smoother dynamic sample rate changes, as used in Q*Bert. Previously, changing the sample rate on the fly would produce many artifacts, but now we resample a short run of previous samples to help smooth transitions.
