I wish we lived in a world of "dynamic apps" where users keep all features as apps are updated + get to choose which ones they want to use as they're added. Bug fixes are one thing, but features are another.

Developers should be required to list release notes of substance not scapegoats like: "Bug fixes + general improvements" or "Thanks for using ___! To make our app better for you, we bring updates to the App Store regularly."

Imagine what a world it would be if the tasks we do every day were made as easy to do as possible. I believe the technology is there, but for whatever reason users just get sent to Feature Request pages to sign our ideas away + nothing ever changes.
