I love Visual Studio @code. But it's too slow. Electron is the worst piece of tech and it should never have existed. Period.

Every tried using vim mode in VS code? Now I own an 8th gen i7 ThinkPad which I deem is pretty decent. But when I'm typing in a flow, the cursor lags behind. Words appear after I've typed it. I've thought about moving to Sublime but the JavaScript support is not as good.
