has anyone else started but then stopped using roam? using twitter w/ @thlpr has pretty much replaced it for me.

the nice idea was the ability to just constantly add in thoughts w/o caring about where/how it was organized but it ended up feeling more like a internet rather than an organic tree. (the mini private internet competes both w/ the actual internet & brain as internet)

e.g. it felt more like a "project" to work on rather than something that could be integrated into the day to day

I'm still using it but there are areas of life where I would use it much, much more if I had a really good version of
@telegroam which I am working on but kinda slowly because of other obligations -
I do use it mostly in this accretive way, chilling in the daily notes 100% and using page names only for recurring concepts and for imported quotes, mostly Kindle & Instapaper via Readwise which is a true superpower killer feature
