      you're probably not going to get a lot of crypto rants out of me, but i'll allow myself this one: i think it is bad and misleading to calculate the "value" or "worth" of a coin by multiplying its current market price by how many there are

      but WHY is marketcap even calculated like that anyway? it doesn't make sense to take a price that is only accurate in the present moment and multiply it across all doges across all history in all wallets it's like having a marketcap for rice, or water.
