economically, there are some activities that act in a similar fashion they reward disproportionately relative to the work put in b/c they primarily reward patience over action

so even though a philosophy like "hodl" seems bad and unfair b/c someone somewhere HAS to Do The Stuff, there *should* be a reward mechanism for reducing the amount of "anti-work" in a system though just like wu wei, this can be used to justify doing nothing via apathy/laziness

the difference is similar to how in a flow state things "just happen" "you" are doing nothing yet the activity feels like it is happening at a maximum there is a difference between nothing happening vs "you" doing nothing
