let’s say u have 1 hour and want to maximize flow experience u either maximize NUMBER of flow experiences or u try to have only ONE continuous experience the term “maximize” leads to 2 very different results

how would one maximize the number of flow experiences? the tricky part of flow is getting into it, and once begun it can last for a pretty long time. i would try to deepen the quality of one flow experience (flowing = continuous) than try to increase the quantity thereof
