the distribution of jobs in a society needs to match the distribution of IQ if the system requires 80% of the people to be 130 plus, then it’s a BAD system

Moral systems are prescriptive, not descriptive. They're not supposed to reflect the present but point out a future goal state to orient action toward. I agree on the jobs distribution point though. And morality is often put way too uptight, self-righteous and hierarchical.
