So that’s exactly it, isn’t it. π would be between 3 and 4 regardless of which base. 3 is the number after the number after 1. So what is the relationship between circularity or sinusoidal waves and counting?

We often define π as the ratio of circumference to diameter, but I think starting at circularity/ sinusoidal waves and trying to connect π to counting is a mistake
