u can either help someone be themself or u can help someone be a part of something trouble with the latter is that ur advice in this domain is always going to be biased. u can’t help but kinda proselytize

if u answer “well ur already part of Reality, ur family, God, Nature, etc...” they’ll reply “no! that’s what i’m trying to get AWAY from” and then ur stuck. u have to lie in a soothing way to raise the orphan and keep track of those lies
