if mental health is about wholeness and integration of the systems there is actually a therapy that takes this to a logical conclusionhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equine-assisted_therapy …
How did you learn about it, if you don't mind me asking?

i know quite a bit about horses, i used to work as a Riderhttps://twitter.com/a_yawning_cat/status/1396277003926401024 …
🐈 added,
Off-topic: What a life. What a fate. I wonder how people (and cats) become horse rangers. Sounds like a thread, no? On-topic: And that one time you saved an equine-assisted therapist who told you about the method?
ah yes that time. i forget to be honest. the internet is quite large the specific technique i was told however was the act of leading a horse from one end of a meadow to another without reigns or leads or anything. earn the right to truly lead it to take reign of ur own life
As a life experience - that's really cool, cat As a metaphore for psyche, I don't believe this process of breaking/taming the "horse" is healthy, especially with the vocabulary of "rights earned" The whole rider/horse dynamic seems suboptimal, but I need to think more on it
the process of breaking the horse involves the use of reigns and force the method here is about getting the horse to willingly follow. bc they are sensitive to hooman fear, they have a strong sense of whether or not the hooman knows where it’s going and if it is worth following
I see the difference now Still, tell me, would "normal" unbroken horse allow human to even climb on top of it?
o, ur just supposed to lead it, not ride it
Oh.. I thought "lead" metaphorically like.. shit, nvm Thesis destroyed, congrats) And I even played RDR2.. That technique makes a lot of sense!
