“liquidity” is like trust the more trust u pump into the system the more efficient the work e.g. flashback to when lack of trust with the product management decisions derailed the entire project

money is the easiest way to inject trust but even money can fail. it requires that things can be bought and that violence and physical seizure are effectively nonexistent so $ is no good if i need to fight my way across the street to get to a restaurant that isn’t open

but y does a lack of trust happen in the first place. money is a closed system yes? well bc it’s hoarded. individual actors try to save for the future in closed systems like family wealth or corporate funds. this drains trust from society

it’s like someone who is fat and depressed. there is “energy” in the fat cells but the depression keeps it from being accessed. the body and mind are stuck in fearful anxious hoarding states

the other issue w money injection is with the idea of trust itself. even if you have FULL control of trust, at the end of the day you need to DO something no amount a trust within a hippy commune is going to invent clean fusion energy if there are no engineers or scientists

so pumping money into the systems fails when 1/ it’s not actually increasing the pressure (e.g. lowered velocity) 2/ the bottleneck is ability, not trust

incidentally this is y rampant money printing eventually destroys a system when the failure is lack of trust in the monetary system ITSELF you cannot use MORE of the system to fix itself. that’s a positive feedback loop

it’s like when a black worker says to the white manager “yo man there’s lack of trust...” and the white manager says “okay my bro fo sizzle i just hired 5 more white managers to help manage the trust issues. fist bump?”
