those who encounter a feeling of being trapped or irrelevancy at work try to create a feeling of power/influence through free agency.

so even though the CONTENT and perspective arises out of being an outsider, the actual CONFLICT is not transcended the former is still stuck desiring recognition and validation and the latter is still stuck desiring power and influence

the former desperately tries to find some way to turn likes into money without it being too MLM feeling and the latter wonders y they can’t build wealth with non-corp sponsored health insurance premiums bleeding them dry

the trap is that seeing through something creates the illusion of having transcended sth as only a God’s eye view can see through something it’s easy to imagine self as bird if u have a bird’s eye view
