something that gets missed when experts say "no one knows in the short term but long term blah blah blah" is that no one knows in the short term. sure the WORDS are literally right there but the actual meaning is missed

see how "don't act on my advice b/c it's not accurate enough to be helpful" becomes "ok i'll act on your advice" it's like immediately migrating your app to some futuristic ethereum based world computer from amazon/google and wondering y ur company fails

in general, there is a pattern of completely hearing and understanding what someone is saying but not *actually* understanding this is bc there is fear that clings to the expert's advice & personal actions when what's really being offered is just a thought process

you know how in math how you HAVE to think through yourself w/ no shortcuts something to *really* understand it? clinging to the final output so that it can be regurgitated misses the entire point
