it’s basically impossible to answer the question “how do i think for myself” because the thing that is asking always secretly resents being accused of not thinking for itself

if the question IS asked it’s usually in a roundabout way that is REALLY asking “please affirm that i am already thinking for myself since only someone who is thinking for themselves would ask the question like that”
