imo what is demarcated by the pattern of activity in neurons/body/computer/house is actually what some call the “Now”. the “You” is actually built out of higher level concepts, specifically “what-others-thinks-of-me’s”

this means that you either can identify as the local pattern of activity (which technically is inseparable from the global universal pattern of activity) OR you have to constantly be measuring what “others think of me” in order to feel like u exist
