it's asking the world to tell you what it is you are experiencing and that's why it's unreasonable. how should the world know if you don't even know

feeling unreasonably angry doesn't feel unreasonable when you're unreasonably angry. it feels like the world should (but doesn't) understand something really important to you. but it's so complex you can't even communicate it clearly

this doesn't mean it's WRONG or BAD it just means that it's impossible for the world to REASON it out because that's now how feelings works
