this might seem "unfair" bc with technology you can "watch enough youtube videos and become principal senior engineer at google to invent time machine and buy bitcoin at 0.01" but this feeling of unfairness is basically implying that single level hov is virtuous

however this single level hov does not match to what actually needs to be done in society. e.g. there are no robot drones that can do all the meaningless work.
