near the end of his life he was alone, no spouse, no friends, no family, just a dog he named Atman whom the kids mocked "Mrs Schopenhauer" but he died having achieved peace and serenity

the kids were right, you shouldn't marry your spirituality. but spirituality is about your internal world, it changes nothing about how other (mis)perceive you externally. ur goal should not be to shout "I DECLARE ENLIGHTENMENT" in the middle of the Office
